These terms cover your use of 247plumberetna.com and the phone line (855) 575-2890, operated by Etna 24/7 Plumbing, 9031 Hazelton-Etna Rd SW, Etna, OH 43018.
General information only
The pages on this site explain plumbing problems in general terms. They are not a diagnosis of your plumbing and not a substitute for a plumber looking at the problem. If you think there is a gas leak, a fire risk or an electrical hazard, leave the building and call 911 or the utility first.
Scheduling and work
Appointments are made by phone and depend on availability. Same-day appointments are offered when available. The price for a job is explained before work starts, and work begins only after you agree to it. Prices are not posted on this site because they depend on what the plumber finds.
Permits and codes
Some plumbing jobs need a permit from the local building authority. Where a permit is needed, we will say so. Rules differ between townships, villages and cities.
Service area
We serve Etna and nearby towns in central Ohio. Whether we can reach a specific address is confirmed when you call.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made only on the basis of general information on these pages.
